This site is the perfect blend of XHTML and Flash, creating a visually arresting site with a distinctive style.

Entirely Standards compliant, the site's navigation and textual content is contained within semantic XHTML mark-up -- allowing for accessible, fast loading content. This is supported by subtle Flash in the header and footer, as well as the content items for which the agency have garnered Clio awards, among others. There's even hidden content for erstwhile browsers ;o]

My only gripe: no background-color makes text hard to read while loading. Otherwise, superb.

I have to agree that the WDDG site is beautiful. It has everything to make the mouth water: texture, semantic markup, validation, wonderful content and some flash in the mix. I was unaware of the use of flash in the header and footer at first - I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. Well done!

Amazing, specially since for those in the know, "WDDG" and "web standards" are two concepts that we never thought we'd see together. Hope this is a sign of good things to come, and have them show that it is possible to create kickass design while still being able to play by the rules.

Well I have to say that I love the look of this site. It's by far the most unique validating site I've seen. Great work.

the site doesn't fit in my browser. there is too much margin on the left. why didnt they try to center the content?

Looking back at the launch, im starting to appreciate WDDG more and more. Their portfolio is impressive, and better yet, the site is entertaining. What more could you ask for?
